TeamSeer Ltd, the UK’s most widely adopted absence management software service, has been shortlisted as a finalist in 3 categories of Sift Media’s 2010 Software Satisfaction Awards.  The winners will be announced at an awards’ ceremony at the Grand Connaught Rooms on Thursday 7 October 2010.

As a result of the online poll, TeamSeer has gone through to the final stages in the following categories:

  • SME Human Resources and Human Capital Management
  • Enterprise Human Resources and Human Capital Management
  • SME Paperless Office and Document Management

The Business Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006, to reward high standards from software application providers serving UK businesses.  The winners are decided by a combination of user votes (50%) and judged elements (50%).

The online voting, which ended on 14 June 2010, is based on the views of genuine end-users.  As well as completing the online poll, users had the opportunity to provide feedback on the product and the company’s service.  This feedback is reported anonymously to the entrants after the awards’ ceremony in October.

All finalists are required to submit a written 3-part entry for the awards’ judging panel, demonstrating proof of product development and how this has been influenced by the end-user, the future product roadmap with particular emphasis on how this will benefit, and be driven by end-users, and a customer case study.
